예약 및 취소 관련 정책에 관한 동의 / Cancellation policy agreement

본 서식을 제출해주시면 스케줄 확인과 선지급 안내를 위해 연락드립니다. 치료비를 선지급하셔야 예약이 확정됩니다. 본 기관은 당일취소 방지를 위하여 아래와 같은 정책을 실시하고 있습니다. 당일취소 시에는 치료비의 50%에 해당하는 수수료가 발생하며, 일정에 변동이 있으실 경우 최소 24시간 이내에 알려주시기 바랍니다. We'll be in touch shortly to schedule and discuss payment options. To secure your appointment, please make a payment before the appointment day. We have a policy in place to avoid no-shows. Please let us know at least 24 hours beforehand if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel on the day of the appointment, a 50% fee of the reservation cost will be charged.
